Trust
TRUST · GOVERNANCE · EVIDENCE
Useful AI and enterprise automation without surrendering human control.
TIBE tracks seven truth planes separately: source, authority, runtime, evidence, purpose, hierarchy and surface. A capability is not promoted simply because a dashboard says “active” or a source file exists.
Source
What code, contract or configuration exists.
Authority
Who or what is permitted to act.
Runtime
What is actually running now.
Evidence
What has been verified and read back.
Purpose
Why the identity, system or capability exists.
Hierarchy
Its parent, ownership, handoff and escalation relationships.
Surface
Where it may appear and the authority ceiling of that interface.
Builder rules that protect the ecosystem
- Identity, purpose, hierarchy, authority and scope are resolved before protected work.
- Critical uncertainty returns HOLD, DENY or escalation instead of invented authority.
- Public, client and private operational surfaces have separate authority ceilings.
- AI model/provider identity never becomes organizational authority.
- Cross-tenant access, silent merge, silent deploy and invented evidence are prohibited.
Human oversight is an operating function, not a slogan.
TIBE is designed for AI to handle bounded routine work while humans continuously supervise target attainment, efficiency, quality, security, cost, incidents and evidence freshness. Humans retain the ability to pause, deny, contain, revoke, change scope and require additional evidence when conditions exceed the approved envelope.
Private control stays private.
The public website does not expose Operations or the highest human-control console, privileged runtime receipts, service-account material, secrets, incident internals or raw client data. Public visitors receive only approved presentation and inquiry pathways.
