AI Identity & Purpose

An admitted AI must know who it is, where it belongs, why it exists, what it may do, what it must refuse and who receives its output.

Authority ≠ Capability

A model can be capable without being authorized. Tool access, competence, visibility and knowledge never silently grant human or system authority.
